We worked together to produce a prototype from robotically machined wood elements. In a third iteration, we pursued a new variant to produce the illustrated wood structure. After manual fabrication, as well as robotically assisted production using drilling, we investigated an approach using robotic milling operations this semester. All elements were prefabricated and assembled in the robotics lab.
Divided into two workshop weeks, all students in the group had the opportunity to work on all workflows to gain knowledge related to digital fabrication methods.
